Role
Campaign Lead & Graphic Designer
Overview
The company was launching a new on-site IT support service designed to provide fast, walk-up assistance for employee devices. Leadership wanted a name and visual identity that would clearly communicate the service while building awareness and engagement across the Shared Services sector.
Phase 1
Campaign Awarness
I launched a campaign to introduce the new on-site IT support service through newsletters, intranet posts, and digital signage. The campaign informed employees about the service and how they could participate in the naming process.
Phase 2
Name Submission Campaign
During a two-week campaign, Shared Services employees submitted ideas for the new service bar name. Employees whose submissions were selected received recognition and prizes, helping drive engagement and participation across the sector.
Phase 3
Finalist Voting & Selection
Senior leadership reviewed all submissions and selected seven finalists for a sector-wide employee vote. The winning name, Support on Site, was chosen through employee participation.
